Lequay’s funeral on Wednesday

The funeral of the late Alloy Lequay, former president and chief executive officer of the T&T Cricket Board (TTCB) will be held on Wednesday (March 25) at the La Romaine Catholic Church starting at 2 pm.

However, prior to the funeral service, Lequay’s body will be available for viewing from 10 am to 12 pm at the National Cricket Centre (NCC) in Balmain, Couva. Lequay passed away on Sunday at age 90.

The TTCB will also pay their last respects to the venerated sports administrator, politician and author with a Tribute Function at the NCC on Tuesday from 7 to 9 pm. Friends and supporters of cricket are reminded that two condolence books in memory of Lequay are currently placed at the Queen’s Park Oval, Port-of-Spain, and the NCC at Balmain, Couva between the hours of 9 am and 3 pm.

The books will be available for signing on weekdays until the funeral on Wednesday.
